Delhi Belly 2

This post is a continuation of the last post which took me to Delhi en-route Tibet.

*Sick and Tired I stand alone, behind the doors or should I open It for you or...*

Sometimes Metallica works wonders. What a song The Unforgiven II is. Bang on the situation at 4:20 a.m. Hungry, sweaty(Tibet effect), tired, sleepy but still a Baniya I was fighting the Autowalas at Sarai Kaale Khan ISBT. Weather was as usual chilling and I was about to freeze. I felt like I was kept in a deep freezer and my body sweat was getting transformed to ice with each passing nano second. Forgetting all this I had to bargain. And so I started:

Me: How much for IP extension?

A1: 100.

Me: Hehe. Not Gurgaon or Noida dude. Its IP.

A1: Not less than this.
(A2 enters)

A2: Kahan jana h bhaiya? (Where do you want to go?)

Me: Pata to h bhaiya aapko. Mein bahar ka nahi hu. Chalna h to chalo 40 mein.
(You know where I want to go. I am not an outsider. Want to go in 40 bucks?)

A2: Itna to nahi ho paega..

Me: (moving to A3) Haan Bhaiya chaloge kya? (What say? Will you be going?)

A3: 70 is last. Not less than this.

ME: 50 from me. Yes or no.

A3: Thek h bhaiya subah ka time h. (Okay. Due to morning time, I agree.)

BTW the normal amount which the rickshaw takes from here to the place is 70 rupees at any hour or the day. Night and unusual timing charges obviously go up like rockets. I told you I am a Baniya...:)

Delhi looks so different these days. I was here in December and it looked as if its been ages I came to this place. Everything looks changed. The flyovers, metro lines, roads, CWG village and everything are growing so fast that Delhi looks different each time I visit (May this continue after the CWG also).

I reached home in about half an hour and the autowala looked as though he was being robbed. But it was him who agreed. Otherwise I would have robbed someone else. HEHE..

I know some of you might be missing the mini skirted girls description this time but I didn't saw any at this time of the day. All I could see after Yamuna river was fog and fog and fog. The descriptions will come soon in following posts but in a different way this time.

So after belling and shouting for a long time at the doors of our home, I decided to spent money from my devil (L6). I called up bhaiya and told him twice that I was standing at the door. But "Dilli Ki sardi.." Finally he opened the door and I could meet my Bro (My best friend). Even a day without him seems to be incomplete and now we meet twice or thrice a year. Then came Bhabhi and I all my load went off somewhere. I had a n early tea at 5:15 a.m. and we chatted till 8:00 and bhaiya had to leave for his office.

I was cursed for keeping a different look this time which was a mix of Dutch and Afghani cut. I dont know why people think these looks are so indecent? But I like it. Actually I just love all these dynamicity these looks brings. After all ' Ghar ki kheti h.'

Rest story will be coming in other parts. Keep your fingers crossed guys.
